SR160B

Description:

The SR160B is designed for simplicity in ownership, operation, and maintenance. With a lightweight construction at 5,645 pounds and a compact size standing just over six feet tall at the top of the ROPS, and five feet in width, it facilitates easy transportation and access to confined job sites. Despite its nimble dimensions, it maintains the trademark stability and low total cost of ownership associated with CASE equipment.

Emissons

Tier 4 Final EXTERNAL CEGR WITH DOC & DPF Why this solution: The SR160B offers a low cost of entry to the skid steer market while still providing the power and performance associated with CASE B Series. Using Tier 4 Final technology that’s more affordable, this solution helps keep the unit price down. How it works: With Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (CEGR), exhaust gases are cooled, blended with fresh air and then returned to the cylinder. This lowers combustion temperatures and dramatically reduces emissions, but produces more particulate matter. Then the diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) oxidizes the machine’s exhaust to create heat and further manage emissions while the diesel particulate filter (DPF) captures excess particulate matter and then burns it off through a combustion process known as “regeneration,” which helps maximize the life of the filter. What this means to you: This solution requires no new additive and provides a lower upfront machine cost, but as with all DPF systems, the filter requires replacement over time, which impacts total cost of ownership. DPF regeneration also requires additional fuel burn.

Warranty

Base & Extended Warranty Coverage 1-Year/Unlimited-Hour Full-Coverage Base Warranty 2-Year/2,000-Hour Full Coverage Base Limited Warranty 2-Year/2,000-Hour Extended Limited Engine Warranty Engine Warranty - Warrants all internal, lubricated parts that are captured between the valve cover and oil pan, cylinder block and head, exhaust manifold, front cover and flywheel housing, turbocharger, engine oil cooler and water pump. Purchased Protection Purchased Protection Plan is an extension of the factory base and extended coverage available at an additional cost. Your CASE dealer can help you determine the plan that fits your needs. Plans are available up to three-years / 5,000 hours on CASE Skid Steer Loader models. Please see your CASE dealer for limitations, exclusions, and confirmation of policies in effect. The CASE Warranty remains in effect during the Warranty Period if the owner performs the required maintenance at the recommended intervals outlined in the product’s operator’s manual and the unit is operated within its rated capacity. Genuine CASE service parts or CASE approved service parts that meet CASE specifications must be used for maintenance and repairs.
